ICG Minority Partners is a pan-European investor supporting management teams in acquiring control of their business. We Invest €20m to €250m of minority equity and mezzanine capital for companies with enterprise values from €100m to over €1bn.

In 2007 we invested over €500 million including supporting the management led buy-outs of Gaucho Group and Marken in the UK and Eismann in Germany.
