Mayborn manufactures baby and toddler feeding products under the Tommee Tippee and Closer to Nature brands as well as hygiene products under the Sangenic brand.

The company undertook disposals of a number of non-core assets after the deal closed. The baby feeding and hygiene businesses have grown significantly and become leading global brands.

ICG is agent and largest holder of the senior warranted mezzanine facility.
