In 2007 ICG provided the mezzanine facilities for the secondary buyout alongside BC Partners. ICG provided a creative and flexible financing solution to resolve structuring issues arising at the time of the deal. This facilitated sales growth via the development of core products and the launching of new products. This was sustained by ICG’s good relationship with both the sponsor and the management.
